This notice describes how Paul Spacey Coaching (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares your information when you visit pauljspacey.com, sign up for our emails, or buy our products.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you sign up for free guides or our email list, we collect your email address. If you contact us, we receive whatever you include in your message. If you purchase Direct Access, we collect the phone number or contact details you choose to use (WhatsApp, iMessage, or text) and the content of our conversation so we can provide the service.

Payment information. Purchases are processed by Gumroad (guides and bundles) and Stripe (Direct Access). We never see or store your full card details. Their privacy policies: gumroad.com/privacy and stripe.com/privacy.

Automatic information. Like most websites, our hosting and security systems log basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not buy data about you from third parties.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver the guides and emails you signed up for, fulfill and support your purchases (including Direct Access conversations), respond to your messages, understand what content is useful, keep the site secure, and meet legal requirements such as tax records. Where laws like the GDPR apply, we rely on your consent (emails), our contract with you (purchases), our legitimate interest in running and protecting the business, and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this business: Kit (email delivery), Gumroad and Stripe (payments and product delivery), and our website hosting and security providers. Each processes your data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transfer if the business is ever sold.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar technologies needed for security, caching, and core functionality. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

How long we keep it

Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing is one click at the bottom of any email. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require. Direct Access conversations are kept only as long as needed to provide and stand behind the service.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No internet transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our products and emails are for adults — parents, players over 18, and coaches. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, email paul@pauljspacey.com and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email paul@pauljspacey.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

California residents

The California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives California residents the right to know what personal information we collect (identifiers such as your email and phone number, and commercial information such as purchase history), the right to correct or delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise your rights, email paul@pauljspacey.com. We will verify your request via the email address associated with your information.

Do Not Track

There is no industry standard for Do Not Track signals, so the site does not respond to them.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when our practices or the law change, and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be posted prominently or emailed to subscribers.
