Intro Video and Training Schedule Guide
HOW TO USE THIS PROGRAM SUCCESSFULLY
Click the ‘Curriculum’ tab to get started.
The content will take you approximately 2 hours to watch and read.
1) Watch the short intro video.
2) Read ‘The Secret Sauce’ lesson which is very important.
3) Watch each module (there are 12 training exercises plus a bonus exercise on throw-ins) and print the PDF’s for use in your training sessions (click on ‘materials’ to see the PDF’s). Print the relevant schedule PDF (again, click on ‘materials’) to follow my guide for structuring your training over a period of time.
4) Use the video tutorials as references to keep going back to for reminders on how the exercises work.
5) Contact me if you are struggling with anything or need to ask a question.

There are four PDF’s which cover options for training as follows:
1. 90 minutes, 2x training per week
2. 90 minutes, 1x training per week
3. 60 minutes, 2x training per week
4. 60 minutes, 1x training per week
Each PDF is an 8-week schedule. At the end of the 8-week period, go back to week one. As you become more comfortable and confident, you may want to adapt the schedule in terms of the exercises and timing, depending on the needs of your players.
